Uses of Synthetic Rubber Sheet
There are several different methods for producing synthetic rubber, but most involve using chemical reactions to convert raw materials into a polymer with the desired properties

To address plastic pollution in Bangladesh, it is important to improve waste management infrastructure and to promote the use of more sustainable alternatives to plastic.
Synthetic rubber is a type of polymer that is made artificially, rather than being derived from natural sources like rubber trees. It is used to make a wide range of products, including tires, hoses, seals, and gaskets.
Crumb rubber is a type of black colored powder that are made from discarded tyre, or other rubber types materials. Here in our facility, we collect discarded synthetic rubber sheets and natural rubber sheets from local footwear factory.
Combination of reduce, reuse and recycle makes circular economy more stronger. Application of a circular economy within the Bangladeshi manufacturing sector is in development stage. It ensures the optimization of resources, reduce the consumption of raw materials, and recover waste by recycling or giving it a second life as a new product. In our factory we deeply believe in circular economy.
Discarded plastic is one of the worlds largest headache right now. Here in our Dhaka factory we turn plastic bags into rubber sheets for local footwear industry. More than 50% of the raw materials are from thrown away single use plastic bags, rest of the raw materials are filler agent, color and some chemical additives.
