Our factory recycle single use plastic bags from all over Bangladesh and make synthetic rubber sheets

We manufacture Micro Cellular Rubber (MCR) sheet from wastage plastic bag, polyethylene, reclaimed rubber, sponge flip flop. Nearly 1500 KG of single use plastic bags are recycled everyday in our facility, and more than 450 metric tons of plastic bag in a year. This plastic waste did not go to our food chain, prevented clogging sewage line and flowing into river, ocean.

  • Collect wastage plastic bags and polyethylene from street
  • Clean all the dust, powder and other harmful material
  • Make resin out of those plastic bag to feed into machine
  • With dispersion kneader, mixing mill and hydraulic press synthetic rubber sheet vulcanized

Plastic Bag Extrusion

Plastic bags including LDP, LLDP, EVA, PE scraps are collected for extrusion through various sources including garments, textile sectors and EPZs from major cities in Bangladesh.

Mixing Raw Materials

Extruded single used plastic bags are sent to dispersion kneader with additives for making rubber dough. Then thin layer of sheets are made using open mixing mill for vulcanization.

Synthetic Rubber Sheet

After vulcanization by hydraulic press, rubber sheets are used in footwear industry, bag-luggage industry, garments industry, cattle and dairy farm.

Environmental Impact

While processing large volume of plastic bags everyday, we prevent single use plastic bags going into soil, ocean, food chain. This green technology has huge impact for environment and global carbon footprint is reduced.
